I gave two weeks notice at the non-profit yesterday. They were disappointed. I had to take the other job I was offered - it pays better and I believe it to be a better environment (and a whole lot more creative). I was much conflicted about the switch, but ultimately I had to do what was best for me. Yeah. So. Now I wait.Fortune: Keep up the good work. You will be rewarded.
